Scope of the prepared connection
The connection covers service, collection point and quote retrieval, plus the shipment creation, label and tracking flow. Shipping in the dashboard requires completed configuration and verification on the specific account. Registration does not activate it automatically.
If the result of shipment creation is uncertain, check with the provider before trying again to avoid paying twice for the same shipment.
Services and quotes
Retrieve the services available on the selected account and obtain a quote using the parcel's weight, dimensions and addresses. Shipment creation depends on the services approved for that account.
Collection points
Retrieve collection points and parcel lockers from MenedzerWysylek.pl. Delivery to a point requires the appropriate service and a selected collection point.
Shipment creation and PDF label
The prepared flow submits shipment details to the provider and retrieves a PDF label. Shipment creation requires separate activation on the specific account.
Shipment number and events
Retrieve the shipment number and tracking events from the provider. Information comes from MenedzerWysylek.pl and depends on the selected service.
Courier collection
The collection option is submitted when creating a shipment. There is no separate collection request; collection arrangements must be confirmed for the selected service.
Cash on delivery with InPost and DPD PL
The prepared cash on delivery flow covers InPost and DPD PL services and requires a bank account assigned to the shipping account. MenedzerWysylek.pl handles settlement.

To set up a MenedzerWysylek.pl account or ask about an offer, email mk@menedzerwysylek.pl. Mention the NavyFlame integration.
Arrange the NavyFlame connection configuration with our team through the contact form. MenedzerWysylek.pl determines its offer, available services and their terms.
Connection questions
Activation is arranged individually after confirming API access, configuration and services on your MenedzerWysylek.pl account. The connection must be verified on that account before the first shipment. Creating an account with the provider does not enable shipping in NavyFlame.
The scope is confirmed for the specific account and service codes. A courier appearing in the MenedzerWysylek.pl offer does not mean shipment creation with that courier is already active in NavyFlame.
This connection does not support cancelling a submitted shipment or creating return labels. Contact MenedzerWysylek.pl for these requests. InPost Szybkie Zwroty operates outside this integration on a separate merchant account.
