Shopify integration, all your sales in one panel

Connect Shopify to NavyFlame and manage orders, listings, prices and stock in one place. Webhooks and polling help receive orders; shipping, returns, refunds and invoices depend on enabled integrations and rules.

Shopify orders in one panel

Once connected, selected Shopify order events reach NavyFlame through webhooks, with scheduled polling as a fallback. Cancellation may be written back to Shopify; other statuses and fulfillment use separate paths.

Publishing and updating listings

Create Shopify products from the central catalogue, including photos, descriptions, variants and prices. Existing listing stock and prices can be updated when mappings and sync are enabled.

Prices and price lists across channels

Change prices in bulk (by percentage or amount), set a price list or a per-channel markup, and put Shopify prices next to your other stores to level them in one move.

Multichannel stock and overselling protection

One stock level across channels. Order reservations and listing sync are enabled separately; available quantity then reaches Shopify through the scheduled reconciler (every 10 minutes by default). This helps reduce overselling, but updates are not immediate.

Shipping and labels

Create shipments and fetch labels through a connected carrier (InPost, DHL or the Apaczka broker). After successful fulfillment, tracking can be sent to Shopify; customer notification depends on store settings and automation.

Returns and refunds from one panel

Review customer returns, accept or reject them, and issue the requested refunds straight from the NavyFlame panel, without switching to Shopify Admin.

Automatic invoices and receipts

Once an order is paid, a document can be created in a connected Polish accounting provider when its rules are enabled. Tax ID, VAT and OSS handling depend on those rules and the provider; refund corrections require a separate opt-in per integration.

Secure connection and multiple stores

Connection to Shopify through the official OAuth and API, with no passwords stored. You can run several Shopify stores at once, each with its own invoicing rules.

How do I connect Shopify?

  1. 1

    Connect your Shopify store

Authorise NavyFlame through the secure Shopify OAuth and API. A few clicks, no coding. You can connect several stores.

  2. 2

    Import listings and receive orders

Pull existing products into the shared catalogue. Once Shopify is connected and configured, orders reach the panel through webhooks or scheduled polling; delivery time can vary.

  3. 3

    Manage it centrally

Prices, stock, listings, shipping and returns all run from one panel, for your other sales channels too.

  4. 4

    Turn on the automations

Connect the services, enable invoicing rules, notifications and stock sync. Check the result on one of your orders before leaving automation unattended.

Invoicing in your own accounting system

Once a Polish accounting provider and invoicing rules are enabled, paid orders from Shopify can create supported documents. Check tax ID and VAT handling with the provider; no document is issued without a configured integration.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. NavyFlame can create Shopify products from the central catalogue. Updating stock and prices on existing listings requires the relevant mappings and sync to be enabled.

Once the store is connected, NavyFlame receives selected Shopify events through webhooks and uses scheduled polling as a fallback. Delivery time depends on the webhook, configuration and processing; there is no fixed latency guarantee.

Yes. You keep one stock level for every channel, and the available quantity (stock minus reservations) syncs to your Shopify listings through a recurring reconciler (every 10 minutes by default, switched on by you). A sale on one channel lowers availability everywhere, so you limit overselling.

Yes, if the Shopify account grants the required API scopes. Reading and deciding on returns needs returns permissions; issuing refunds needs orders permissions. An operation is unavailable in the panel without its scopes.

You can configure e-mail notifications for supported order events. Available triggers depend on the enabled automation and event source; other connectors can also trigger e-mails before an invoice is issued.

Yes. You can connect several Shopify stores, each with its own invoicing rules. Once an order is paid, a document can be created in a connected accounting provider when its rules are enabled. Refund corrections must be enabled separately for that accounting integration; Polish providers do not imply Czech tax readiness.
