Okazii.ro is a classifieds sales channel for the Romanian market. A good direction when you want to reach customers abroad without building a separate shop.
Connection through the seller API
The integration talks to the Okazii v2 API with your own seller account API key. We keep the key encrypted and all traffic goes over HTTPS. Every seller uses one shared API host, so setup is literally a single field.
Orders in preparation
Fetching orders from Okazii.ro is under way and will go live in one of the upcoming releases. Your saved connection will start collecting orders without any reconfiguration, and we do not promise a specific date up front.
One panel for many channels
You run orders and stock from many channels in one place. Okazii.ro will join Allegro, marketplaces and shops you already handle in NavyFlame.
Automatic documents
Once orders start flowing, invoices and receipts will be issued under the same rules that already work for your other channels.
Labels and shipping to Romania
Shipments with Okazii.ro orders will be handled with courier labels created straight from the panel, with the tracking number kept on the order.
How do I add Okazii.ro to NavyFlame?
Have a seller account on Okazii.ro
You need an active seller account on okazii.ro and access to the account settings.
Generate the API key
In the seller account settings, generate an API key and copy it in full. That is the only credential you paste into NavyFlame.
Save the connection in the panel
Under Integrations pick Okazii.ro, paste the key and save. The connection works on a polling basis, with no webhooks and no extra settings.
Wait for orders to go live
Order fetching is under way. Once we switch it on, your saved connection will start collecting orders on its own, while documents and labels follow your current rules.
Invoicing in your own accounting system
Once a Polish accounting provider and invoicing rules are enabled, paid orders from Okazii.ro can create supported documents. Check tax ID and VAT handling with the provider; no document is issued without a configured integration.

With the seller API key from your account settings on okazii.ro. NavyFlame sends it directly to api.okazii.ro and stores it encrypted. You do not need to enter the API host, because it is shared by all sellers.
On the NavyFlame side you only pay for your plan, from 99,99 PLN net per month, with no order or product limits. The terms of selling on Okazii.ro are settled directly with the platform.
You run the listing in Romanian in the Okazii.ro panel. On the NavyFlame side you handle orders, documents and shipping exactly like in your other channels.
