Ceneo Buy Now orders in one panel

Orders placed through Ceneo Buy Now reach NavyFlame automatically, together with orders from your other sales channels. You filter by status, source, date and payment; instead of signing in to the Ceneo panel separately, it is all in one place.

Automatic VAT invoices by your rules

Every paid Ceneo order generates an invoice or a receipt in your accounting system, following the rules you set (always, B2B only, on customer request). You can also issue or retry an invoice by hand with one button.

Automatic B2B and B2C recognition

NavyFlame recognises the tax ID in the order data (by its checksum) and decides on its own whether to issue a VAT invoice to a company or a receipt to an individual, following the rule you set for Ceneo.

Shipping and courier labels

Create shipments for Ceneo orders through InPost, DHL or the Apaczka broker, with a PDF label and status tracking. Shipping rules fill in the sender details and dimensions, and you order the label as the shipment is created.

Sales reports and data export

Sales, channels, countries, bestsellers, margin and shipping punctuality, all in reports that cover Ceneo orders too, with export to CSV and XLSX with correct Polish characters.

A customer database across all channels

Customers from Ceneo orders go into the shared NavyFlame customer database, together with purchase history from your other sales channels, with nothing retyped.

How do I connect Ceneo Buy Now?

1

Activate Buy Now in Ceneo

Enable the Buy Now service in the Ceneo panel (Statistics and reporting, then API, then Management) and generate an API key for the Buy Now method.

2

Connect Ceneo to NavyFlame

Paste the API key into NavyFlame and add our server's IP address to the allowed IP list in the Ceneo panel; without it the API returns a 403 error. We show the IP address once the configuration is saved.

3

Choose your accounting system and set the rules

Connect your accounting system account (wFirma, inFakt, Fakturownia or iFirma). Set when to issue an invoice (always, B2B only, on request) and the shipping rules for Ceneo orders.

4

Turn on the automation

From that moment Ceneo Buy Now orders reach NavyFlame automatically, invoices are issued on their own, and you dispatch shipments from the same panel.

Invoicing in your own accounting system

Every paid order from Ceneo Kup Teraz turns into a VAT invoice in your accounting system, automatically and in line with Polish law, including tax IDs. You connect the software you already use and stop retyping data.

Frequently asked questions

Ceneo Buy Now is a marketplace where the buyer completes the purchase and the payment on Ceneo itself (through PayU) and you fulfil the order. That is a full order with the buyer's details, which NavyFlame pulls into the panel. The classic Ceneo price comparison only sends the customer to your store, where the purchase then begins; no order is created on the Ceneo side, so NavyFlame does not see it.

Ceneo requires an IP allowlist for access to the Buy Now API. Adding the NavyFlame IP address to the allowed list in the Ceneo panel lets us fetch orders securely. It is a standard connection safeguard; without the IP entry Ceneo rejects requests with a 403 error.

Yes. If the buyer provides a tax ID with a Ceneo Buy Now order, NavyFlame recognises it by its checksum and issues a VAT invoice to the company. Invoices for individual customers (receipt) and companies (VAT invoice) are handled automatically, following the rule you set.

When a Ceneo Buy Now order is returned, NavyFlame prepares a correction invoice. In inFakt, Fakturownia, iFirma and for receipts the correction is issued automatically. For wFirma it arrives as a draft that you approve by hand in the wFirma panel, in line with how that integration works.

Yes. From the order panel you create a shipment and a PDF label through InPost, DHL or the Apaczka broker, set shipping rules (sender details, dimensions, an automatic label when the shipment is created) and follow the status on the timeline.

Yes, NavyFlame supports several Ceneo accounts in one panel. Each account can have its own API key, its own invoicing rules, and be linked to the same accounting system or a different one.
