Automatic invoicing for your orders
Transfer order data to your invoicing software without entering it again. Choose a connection, set issuance rules and check the results with orders from your store.
Invoices based on your rules
Define when and for which orders a document should be created. Importing an order alone does not mean an invoice has been issued.
Your invoicing software
Connect supported accounting software. Check the available document types and required permissions for your connection before enabling automation.
Document settings
Adjust rules for each sales channel. Numbering, appearance and available fields depend on the accounting software and its account settings.
Orders in different currencies
Check currency support in your chosen connection. Compare amounts, conversion settings and the exchange rate date on a trial invoice with your accounting requirements.
Statuses and error handling
Review the processing result and error details. Before retrying, check whether the document already exists in the accounting software.
Checks before going live
Compare buyer details, items, shipping, discounts and VAT with the order. Agree on required documents and KSeF handling in your software with your accountant.

Frequently asked questions
The integration catalogue lists available systems, including Fakturownia, wFirma, inFakt and iFirma. Supported documents, numbering and operations differ between connections. Check the workflow you need on your own account.
Yes. Rules belong to a store and accounting connection, including issuance timing and buyer conditions. Additional fields, numbering and document appearance depend on the accounting software.
First confirm currency support in your connection. Compare the document currency and amounts, plus the exchange rate and its date if conversion applies. Do not assume that every order is converted to PLN. Agree on accounting settings with your accountant.
Review the status and error message, and check whether the document exists in your accounting software. Retries depend on the operation and error; some cases require corrected data or access. Include the order and connection identifiers when contacting support.
The panel offers manual issuance for supported connections. It requires valid data, permissions and support for the selected document type. Check whether the order already has a document before issuing one.
Check invoicing with your own orders
After exploring the demo, choose a plan and review the trial terms. A check on your own account will show whether the connection supports the cases you need. Monthly PLN plans offer a trial without a card and manual payments. In this mode, access after the trial requires confirmed payment. With automatic renewal, Stripe collects payment unless you cancel first.
