Delivery to 50+ countries

DPD is part of DPDgroup/Geopost, one of the largest logistics operators in Europe, with direct delivery to 37 countries.

Recipient address straight from the order

The recipient address goes from the order to DPD automatically, together with weight, dimensions and cash on delivery. The parcel travels by courier straight to that address, with nothing retyped.

Automatic shipments

Orders from your store create DPD shipments automatically. Labels are fetched on their own, with no manual work.

Parcel Life Cycle tracking

The full shipment status history through the Parcel Life Cycle API. Customers are notified automatically about every status change.

Secure connection

An encrypted TLS 1.2+ connection to the DPD WebService API. We store the API password encrypted in the secret vault and never show it again in the panel.

Additional services

Cash on delivery is filled in automatically from the order amount, and you enter insurance when creating the shipment. Both amounts reach DPD without being retyped into the courier panel.
