shopGold orders in one place
New and changed orders land in the shared NavyFlame list alongside other stores and marketplaces. Every store instance has its own schedule and cursor.
Polling designed for a platform without hooks
shopGold does not expose the hooks this integration needs, so the bridge provides a stable cursor. NavyFlame reads successive change pages incrementally without interpreting the cursor's internal format.
A token and IP allowlist protect the bridge
The randomly named PHP file answers only your tenant VPS and requires a strong header token. A wrong token, IP address or path produces the same 404 response.
Version and schema compatibility check
The connection test checks the store, bridge and PHP versions as well as required tables and columns. Extra fields are tolerated, while a missing requirement stops the import before a partial write.
Shipping from NavyFlame
Create a shipment and label for an imported order through a connected carrier. The tracking number remains attached to the NavyFlame order.
Rule-based invoices and receipts
A paid order can start a document in wFirma, inFakt, Fakturownia, iFirma, Firmao, eParagony or Paragony.pl according to tenant rules.
Read-only instead of unsafe writeback
The first release does not change status or tracking directly in the store database. That bypasses shopGold notifications and business logic, so it stays disabled until fully verified by the vendor.
How to connect shopGold
Get the bridge for your version
NavyFlame provides one PHP file matched to a supported shopGold version and schema. It needs neither Composer nor extra application libraries.
Set the token and IP address
Set a token with at least 32 random bytes and your tenant VPS public IP in the file. Give it a random name and upload it to the store root.
Test the connection
Enter the full HTTPS file URL and the token in separate fields. The test confirms versions, read capabilities and schema compatibility without downloading personal data.
Enable document rules
After a successful test, select an accounting or fiscal service and decide when a paid order should issue a document.
Invoicing in your own accounting system
Every paid order from shopGold turns into a VAT invoice in your accounting system, automatically and in line with Polish law, including tax IDs. You connect the software you already use and stop retyping data.
Frequently asked questions
The platform does not expose the required inbound API or hooks. The integration uses a small PHP file on the store server and scheduled incremental reads.
No. The first release only reads orders. Status and tracking writeback remains disabled because changing SQL directly would bypass customer notifications and other shopGold side effects.
A random name makes endpoint discovery harder. It does not replace the token and IP allowlist, but adds another layer of protection.
NavyFlame polls the store on a schedule, once a minute by default. There is no webhook, so a change appears on the next poll.
The bridge tolerates extra fields. If an update removes or changes a required table or column, compatibility checks stop the import and name the missing requirement instead of creating incomplete orders.
Yes. Each store is a separate instance with its own URL, token, schedule and cursor, so its data and workload remain isolated.
The token is stored as an encrypted secret and sent only in the X-NavyFlame-Token header. It is never placed in a URL or log.
