Przelewy24 in NavyFlame - payment links for orders
On the card of an order added in the panel you create a Przelewy24 payment link and send it to the buyer. NavyFlame confirms every payment with Przelewy24 before it marks the order paid, and you refund from the same card.

A link that does not expire
A Przelewy24 link has no deadline, so the buyer can pay even days later. You copy the address from the order card and send it through any channel.
Every payment verified
A notification from Przelewy24 is checked against its signature with the CRC key, and then the transaction is confirmed with Przelewy24. Without that step the money would not reach your account.
Paid the same way as in the panel
After confirmation the order moves to Paid just like after a manual status change, so your automations run exactly the same.
Only a matching amount
The order is marked paid only when the payment matches the order total to the cent and in the same currency. A difference reaches you as a notification.
Background checks
If a notification never arrives, NavyFlame checks the link status with Przelewy24 every few minutes for a week after the link was created and completes the verification itself. You can also refresh the status by hand on the order card.
Refund from the order card
You refund the whole payment or part of it, up to the amount that can still be returned. Przelewy24 confirms the refund and the payment status of the order follows automatically.
How do I connect Przelewy24 to NavyFlame?
Open the API data
In the Przelewy24 panel go to My data and then API data and configuration. You will find the merchant ID, the CRC key and the report key there.
Enter the data in NavyFlame
In the Przelewy24 integration settings enter these three values, choose production or sandbox and click Test connection.
Create a link
On the card of an order added in the panel choose Przelewy24 and click Create payment link. Copy the address and send it to the buyer.
The payment confirms itself
After the buyer pays, NavyFlame verifies the transaction with Przelewy24 and marks the order paid.
Frequently asked questions
Przelewy24 pays the money out to the seller only after the transaction is confirmed (verified). NavyFlame does it for every payment, also when the notification from the gateway does not arrive.
Yes. Przelewy24 requires the buyer's e-mail address, so you can create a link for an order that has an e-mail in the customer data.
No. You create links for orders added in the NavyFlame panel, because only their payment status is managed by NavyFlame. Payment for marketplace and shop orders is handled by the platform where the buyer placed them.
Add the NavyFlame server address to it. Without that Przelewy24 rejects the connection even with correct keys - the connection test in the panel shows it.
Yes. In the settings you choose the sandbox environment with the data from your Przelewy24 test account, and payments do not take real money.
