Amazon orders reach NavyFlame alongside your other sales channels, one view instead of switching between platforms. You filter by status, source, date and payment, sort, and adjust the columns.
Automatic invoices and corrections
For a paid Amazon order the invoice or receipt is created on its own in your accounting system (wFirma, inFakt, Fakturownia, iFirma), with B2B recognised by tax ID or EU VAT number, OSS marking and a correction on return.

Once a Polish accounting provider and invoicing rules are enabled, paid orders from Amazon can create supported documents. Check tax ID and VAT handling with the provider; no document is issued without a configured integration.

Listings, prices and stock are managed directly in Amazon Seller Central; NavyFlame takes care of what happens after the order is placed, meaning the invoice, the shipment and the report.
