Stock kept current
The agent reads current stock levels from nexo on a schedule and passes them to NavyFlame, which updates your marketplace listings, with nothing retyped. Allocated quantities are deducted, so we publish what can actually be sold.
Catalogue and prices
Codes, names, descriptions, units, barcodes, prices and product groups from nexo reach the NavyFlame catalogue as the source of truth about your products.
Contacts, orders and invoices
The contact records, customer orders (ZK) and sales invoices (FS) from nexo, with their line items and buyer details, appear in NavyFlame, the whole set in one place. We only read documents; we never issue any ourselves and write nothing to the books.
No Sfera and no PRO edition
Reading goes straight from the nexo SQL database with a read-only account. You do not have to buy an add-on or move to the PRO edition to start syncing.
An on-premise agent, no open ports
A light agent runs on a machine with access to the nexo database and connects outbound to NavyFlame. You open no inbound ports, and the database never has to be visible from the internet.
Read now, write on your terms
The integration reads from nexo and changes nothing in it. Writing paid orders back into nexo as customer orders (ZK) is switched on separately, together with you, because it needs Sfera from the nexo PRO edition. We neither create nor change invoices or receipts.
Overselling protection
If stock stops refreshing, because the agent went offline for instance, NavyFlame automatically pauses stock updates on your marketplaces so you never sell goods you do not have.
How do I connect Subiekt nexo to NavyFlame?
Generate a token
In the NavyFlame panel open Integrations, Subiekt nexo, and generate an access token for the agent. You see it only once.
Install the agent
Download the NavyFlame agent for Subiekt nexo (we provide the package as part of onboarding) and install it as a Windows service on a machine with access to the nexo database.
Point it at the nexo database
Give the SQL server, the company database and a read-only account, then paste the NavyFlame token. The agent reads the nexo database read-only.
Sync in the background
By default the agent reads stock, catalogue, contacts, orders and invoices every 15 minutes and sends them to NavyFlame. You can shorten the interval. The sync status is visible in the panel.
Frequently asked questions
No. The integration runs read-only, from nexo into NavyFlame, and the SQL account the agent uses needs read permission only. Writing paid orders back into nexo as customer orders (ZK), a non-fiscal and reversible document, is switched on separately, at your request and together with you, because it needs Sfera from the nexo PRO edition. Nothing at all goes into the books, neither invoices nor receipts.
Not for syncing data from nexo into NavyFlame. The agent reads the nexo database with a read-only SQL account, so it works on standard Subiekt nexo too. Sfera nexo, available in the PRO edition, is needed only once you want to switch on writing orders from NavyFlame back into nexo.
In the range of data and in how the agent reads it. Subiekt GT needs an active Sfera licence, while nexo is read straight from the SQL database. On the NavyFlame side it works the same: the same stock, the same catalogue, the same overselling protection. If you are moving from GT to nexo, both agents can run side by side during the move.
Every 15 minutes by default, and the interval can be shortened during onboarding. Stock is sent on every cycle, even when nothing changed, so NavyFlame knows the data is current.
NavyFlame notices that stock stopped refreshing within the expected window and automatically pauses stock updates on your marketplaces, so you never sell goods you do not have. Syncing resumes once the agent comes back.
The agent runs on your own machine and connects outbound to your NavyFlame over an encrypted connection, authenticating with a token. You open no inbound ports, and the agent's SQL account needs read permission only.
The integration works with Subiekt nexo and Subiekt nexo PRO. At startup the agent inspects the structure of your database and reports which fields it could not find, so compatibility with your particular version is confirmed during onboarding, before syncing starts.
