Ordering a courier pickup
GLS is the only connected carrier that lets you order a parcel pickup from the panel. Cancelling works on our side only, so the courier may still turn up.

We store the GLS API password encrypted and the connection runs over HTTPS. A test environment is available for verifying the integration.
Free plugins
GLS provides free plugins for WooCommerce, PrestaShop and IdoSell. NavyFlame extends them with invoicing and monitoring.
How do I connect GLS?
Get your GLS credentials
Contact your GLS Poland account manager to get ADE-Plus WebAPI credentials. Access is configured by the account manager.
Connect the account in NavyFlame
Enter your GLS login and password in the NavyFlame panel. The system opens a session with the ADE-Plus WebAPI automatically.
Configure your preferences
Set the default GLS service (Parcel or Express), default parcel dimensions and weight, and the cash-on-delivery and insurance options.
Automate your shipping
Orders create GLS shipments with labels automatically, and a GLS tracking link is added to the order.

Frequently asked questions
FlexDeliveryService lets the recipient change the delivery address or redirect the parcel to a pickup point while it is in transit. It cuts down on failed deliveries.
GLS offers locker delivery in 20 European countries, but the GLS integration in NavyFlame currently creates courier shipments to the recipient address. Pickup point delivery, with the code the customer chose on the order, is supported for InPost lockers, ORLEN Paczka, Apaczka and Allegro Delivery.
Yes. For cash-on-delivery orders NavyFlame suggests the amount from the order value (you can change it before dispatch) and passes it to GLS with the shipment. The amount limits come from your contract with GLS.
NavyFlame integrates GLS with Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, IdoSell, Allegro, Amazon and other platforms. GLS provides free plugins for WooCommerce, PrestaShop and IdoSell.
