Type the buyer's tax number (NIP), click Fetch data from GUS, and the company name and registered address land in the order form. The data comes from the Polish REGON register, and the queries run on your own free GUS key.

Company data by tax number
Name, REGON and registered address from the REGON register: street, building and flat number, postal code and town. The button sits next to the tax number field in the new order form, in the customer details on the order card and in the new customer window.
What you typed stays yours
Empty fields are filled at once. Values you already entered change only after you confirm, with a list of what would change.
Your own free key
GUS issues the key for its BIR service free of charge. We store it encrypted, and the queries go from your server, on your key.
Closed company warning
When the register records the end of business activity, you see that date next to the fetched data before you issue a document.
Sole traders too
The REGON register covers companies, sole traders and local units. When the search does not return a full address, we fetch the full report for that entity type.
Connection test
Before saving, check that the key opens the GUS service in the chosen environment: production or test.
How to connect GUS to NavyFlame?
Ask GUS for a key
Write to regon_bir@stat.gov.pl with your company's full name and REGON, a contact person with an email address and phone number, and the approximate number of concurrent users. GUS also recommends giving the static IP address of the server the queries come from. The key is free.
Add the GUS integration
In Integrations, under Company verification, paste the key and click Test connection.
Type the buyer's tax number
In the order or customer form, type the tax number and click Fetch data from GUS.
Review and save
The company name and address appear in the form. If something was already there, you decide whether to replace it.

Nothing. GUS provides the BIR service and REGON register data free of charge. You request the key by email at regon_bir@stat.gov.pl.
