We agree the scope before the switch
Help with the setup does not mean automatically moving the entire history, attachments, custom extensions or every rule of the old system. We check which parts we recreate, which you keep in the archive, and which need a separate answer.
Before going live we agree the order handover boundary, a single owner for each write, and a way back. Subscriptions and extensions from other suppliers stay separate. On the monthly NavyFlame plan in PLN you can pick a trial without a card and pay each period yourself; access after the trial then needs a confirmed payment. With automatic renewal, Stripe charges unless you cancel first.

We agree an acceptance trial: an order, the document details, the status and the exceptions. How and for how long we support you is confirmed while agreeing the scope.
What does the move look like?

You tell us where you sell and how you invoice today. We get to know your current setup in BaseLinker, Apilo or Sellasist.
Configuration
We check API access, the data scope required and the rules. How long it takes depends on the connections and the trial results.
Go live and support
Once the trial is accepted we agree the switch-over boundary and a way back. Only one system performs any given write: document, stock, status or shipment.

How much history, notes, attachments and rules come across has to be checked before the switch. Secure your exports and keep access to the old system's archive. We do not assume everything moves automatically.
We agree the timing after checking connections, permissions, data scope and rules. Connecting the accounts is not the end of a migration: it needs a trial of the result and of how exceptions are handled.
No. Keep access to the archive and the ability to check, but avoid two systems performing the same writes in parallel. Before going live, agree who handles new orders and cases already under way.
