Connect Symplex Small Business to Allegro and your store

Move the catalogue, a selected sale-price level and complete warehouse stock from Small Business into NavyFlame. A local agent reads the scheduled EDI export, combines selected warehouses and writes nothing back to Symplex.

Products and the right price list

Symbols, names, units, VAT, indices and the selected sale-price level reach the NavyFlame catalogue. They can then feed connected Allegro and online-store listings.

One stock figure from selected warehouses

The agent totals the same SKU across the warehouses selected during onboarding. Use one warehouse for the physical shop and shipping, or deliberately combine several active warehouses.

Built-in EDI export

Small Business creates the file with its own EDI export task. The agent reads the completed Windows 1250 file and connects outbound to NavyFlame with a token scoped to your organisation.

Errors stop publication

An incomplete file, ambiguous SKU, wrong build or stale export does not update stock. Once the freshness threshold is exceeded, NavyFlame pauses quantity propagation to sales channels.

How do I connect Symplex Small Business to NavyFlame?

1

Configure the EDI export

In Small Business select the product cards, the right warehouses and Other program mode. Add an EDI export task to the built-in scheduler every 15 minutes.

2

Generate a dedicated token

Open the Symplex Small Business integration in NavyFlame and generate the agent token, whose value is displayed once.

3

Run the local agent

Point it at the EDI file and select the warehouses and price level. Probe mode verifies build 5.26.0825.18173 and the whole snapshot before sending anything.

4

Verify the first full cycle

Compare a small set of known SKUs, prices and quantities, then install the agent as a Windows service. The panel reports sync freshness.

Frequently asked questions

Exactly network-edition build 5.26.0825.18173. The agent checks every export header and rejects any other build before sending data.

No. The agent only reads a file created by the built-in Symplex EDI export. It does not open the database or import orders, invoices or customers into Small Business.

EDI does not provide a separate reservation count. If customer orders in Small Business are posted to the warehouse, their effect is already included in StanKonc. The agent never estimates reservations.

Yes, when the selected warehouses describe the same product with the same SKU, name and unit. The agent totals quantities. An identity or price conflict stops the cycle and requires an explicit price warehouse.

The status becomes stale and NavyFlame pauses further stock propagation. Once a valid export returns, the complete sync is retried safely.
