Automation
Orders synchronised into invoices, automatically
Connect your store to supported invoicing software. Define which orders should trigger a document and check the result without entering data again in another panel.

- Demo without an account or card
- No real invoices
Importing orders
Orders arrive through a supported connection. The method and timing depend on the platform, configuration and API availability.
Order data on the document
Transfer buyer details, items and amounts to invoicing software. Check discounts, shipping and available document settings during your trial.
Automatic retries
Selected temporary errors trigger a retry. The rules depend on the operation and error; invalid data or missing permissions require attention.
Handling errors
Check the reason for a failed operation. Before retrying, compare the order status with documents in the accounting software.
Duplicate prevention
Automation uses the link between an order and its document. If the result is unclear or you retry manually, confirm whether the document already exists.
History and monitoring
Review processing statuses and order identifiers. Check document issuance and delivery to the buyer separately.
How this automation works
- 1
An order from your e-commerce platform
Connect a supported store or marketplace and confirm that an order is imported. Check the source account, status and buyer details.
- 2
Rule conditions and data
Define issuance timing, buyer conditions and the destination system. Available document settings depend on the connection.
- 3
The invoice is issued in the target system
For an order matching the rule, NavyFlame sends data to the invoicing software. Confirm that the document exists and compare its number and amounts.
- 4
Checking subsequent actions
Review the status in the panel. Check delivery, cancellation and corrections separately according to your configuration and connection support.
Check the connection for your tools
Find your store and accounting software in the integration catalogue. Check supported documents, permissions and the cases your business needs.

Frequently asked questions
Timing depends on order retrieval, rule conditions and the availability of both systems. Importing an order does not mean a document has been issued. Measure the full process on your connection and check the invoice status in the accounting software.
Yes. In the invoicing rules you set when the document is created (after payment, when the order moves to fulfilled, after the courier label is generated, or only manually) and for whom (everyone, only companies with a tax ID, or only when the buyer asks for an invoice). The rules are set separately for each shop-to-accounting connection, so every sales channel can have its own.
Selected temporary errors may be retried automatically. Review the error message and check whether the document exists in the destination system. Do not repeat issuance manually until you establish the outcome of the previous attempt.
Available document types depend on the connection and accounting software. Check the specific type, required fields and numbering settings on your own account before enabling automation.
Define the cancellation rule and check whether a document has already been issued. Correction support depends on the connection, configuration and document type. Check this case separately; an order status change does not confirm that a correction exists.
Check the rule with your own order
Explore the panel in the demo first. Then review the plan and trial terms before connecting your accounts. Monthly PLN plans offer a trial without a card and manual payments. In this mode, access after the trial requires confirmed payment. With automatic renewal, Stripe collects payment unless you cancel first.
