Fiscalisation

e-receipts through Fakturownia

Generate e-receipts from your e-commerce orders automatically, through Fakturownia. No paper and no paper printer, and the customer gets a link to the receipt by e-mail.

Why e-receipts with NavyFlame?

Automatic electronic fiscalisation for e-commerce, every marketplace in one place

Electronic receipts

E-receipts instead of paper ones. Every order automatically generates an electronic fiscal receipt that meets Polish Ministry of Finance rules.

Automatic fiscalisation

Once an order is placed, the receipt is created and registered on the online printer automatically. The customer gets a link to the e-receipt.

A link to the e-receipt

The customer gets an e-mail with a link to the e-receipt, which opens on a phone, a tablet or a computer. Nothing to print.

Every marketplace

Shopify, Allegro, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shoper, IdoSell, BaseLinker, Erli, one system for every channel.

Compliant with the rules

E-receipts that comply with the Polish VAT Act and the Ministry of Finance regulation. Archived for at least 3 years. A full audit trail.

Lower consumable costs

No paper rolls or ink to buy, and nothing to swap mid sale. How much that saves depends on your receipt volume, since you still keep the online fiscal printer running.

How do I connect e-receipts through Fakturownia?

1

Turn e-receipts on in Fakturownia

In the Fakturownia panel activate the e-receipt module and set up your online fiscal printer (an approved Novitus, Posnet or Elzab).

2

Connect it in NavyFlame

In the NavyFlame panel add the e-receipt integration, paste the API token from your Fakturownia account and give the fiscal printer ID.

3

Set the rules

Decide when e-receipts are generated: always, B2C only, or on request. Set the VAT rates and the payment methods.

4

Switch the automation on

Activate the automation, and from that moment every order automatically generates an e-receipt and sends the link to the customer.

e-receipts plus NavyFlame, fiscalisation on autopilot

Selling online and want to automate fiscalisation? NavyFlame connects your marketplaces (Shopify, Allegro, Amazon, WooCommerce and others) to e-receipts issued through Fakturownia. Every B2C order generates an e-receipt automatically, and every B2B order a VAT invoice in the accounting system you picked. Full automation, no manual work.

B2C → e-receipt

Orders without a NIP, the Polish tax identification number, automatically generate a fiscal e-receipt. The customer gets a link to it by e-mail.

B2B → VAT invoice

Orders with a NIP automatically generate an invoice in your accounting system. The rules are set per marketplace.

No, e-receipts are not mandatory in Poland. They run alongside paper receipts, so it is your choice whether to use them. They do cut consumables: no rolls or ink to buy and no swapping them at the counter.

Approved online printers are supported: Novitus (Bono Online, Deon Online, HD Online), Posnet (Temo Online, Thermal HD and HX), Elzab (Cube Online, Mera Online, Zeta Online). The printer has to carry certification from GUM, Poland's Central Office of Measures.

The customer gets an e-mail with a link to the e-receipt. The link opens a page with an interactive receipt, which they can view on any device, download or print.
