How do I connect wFirma to my store?
Sign in to wFirma
Go to Settings, then Integrations, then API in the wFirma panel and generate the access keys (Access Key and Secret Key). Note down the company name and ID as well.
Add the token in NavyFlame
Paste the Access Key, Secret Key, company name and company ID into the NavyFlame panel, then test the connection. Once saved, you pick a numbering series from the list fetched from your account.
Connect your e-commerce store
Add your store or marketplace account: Allegro, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Shoper, IdoSell, eBay or Erli. NavyFlame sets up the link between the store and wFirma.
Configure and activate
Set your invoicing rules, VAT rates and numbering. Switch the integration on, and from then on invoices are generated automatically.

NavyFlame issues VAT invoices, proforma invoices and bills in wFirma automatically; you set the document type in the integration rules. wFirma does not allow correction invoices to be created through its API (the API can only read them), so on a return NavyFlame files a correction draft in the Accounting view pointing at the original invoice, and you issue the document itself in the wFirma panel. Automatic corrections work in inFakt, Fakturownia and iFirma.
Yes, wFirma posts the issued invoices to the KPiR (the Polish revenue and expense ledger) automatically. You can configure a default accounting account for e-commerce orders.
Sign in to wFirma and go to Settings, then Integrations, then API. Generate an Access Key and a Secret Key, then enter them in NavyFlame together with the company name and its ID. The whole process takes 2 minutes.
Yes, you can connect several stores and marketplaces (Allegro, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop and others) to one wFirma account. Each store can have its own invoice numbering and rules.
Yes. The order reaches wFirma in its own currency; NavyFlame passes the amounts and the currency code through without converting them. The exchange rate and how the amounts are shown in zloty are wFirma's responsibility, according to your account settings.
