How do I connect inFakt to my store?
Get your inFakt API key
Sign in to inFakt and go to Settings, then Account details, then API. Generate and copy your API key.
Add the key in NavyFlame
Paste the inFakt API key into the NavyFlame panel. The system checks the connection and fetches the account details automatically.
Add your e-commerce store
Connect your store or marketplace account: Allegro, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Shoper, IdoSell, eBay or Erli. NavyFlame fetches new orders from them on its own, with nothing to configure on the store side.
Adjust and switch on
Configure the data mapping, invoice numbering and templates. Switch the integration on, and invoices start generating automatically.

Through the inFakt integration NavyFlame issues VAT invoices automatically, and correction invoices on returns. In the invoicing rules you set when and for whom the document is created: for every order, for companies with a tax ID only, or on customer request.
Yes, you can switch that on in the integration settings. Once the invoice is issued, inFakt can e-mail it to the customer address given on the order.
