Sellable stock

The agent reads stock and reservations separately for each warehouse. NavyFlame publishes the available quantity after deducting reservations and the configured safety buffer.

Catalogue, EAN and prices

SKUs, default EANs, names, units, VAT, the selected sales price and purchase cost reach the shared NavyFlame catalogue.

Contacts and documents

NavyFlame reads contacts, RO customer reservations and FS sales invoices with their lines. This path does not issue invoices or make bookkeeping entries.

Read-only SQL

The agent requires a dedicated account in the vendor-provided CDNRaport role only. It refuses to start if the account can insert, update or delete data.

Windows agent, no open ports

The agent runs next to Optima and sends data over outbound HTTPS to your Integration Engine. SQL Server and COM+ remain unreachable from the internet.

Controlled order writeback

After licence and test-company acceptance, the agent can write a paid order as a buffered RO through official COM+. A deterministic marker prevents duplicates.

Protection during outages

A missing snapshot never means zero stock. Once the agreed window expires, NavyFlame marks data stale and pauses its publication.

Frequently asked questions

No. The agent runs on the Optima network and establishes its own encrypted outbound connection to NavyFlame. SQL Server and COM+ accept no connections from the internet.

No. We require a dedicated account that belongs only to CDNRaport. Before every cycle the agent verifies the lack of INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE rights and stops if the account has broader permissions.

Yes, after separate acceptance on a licensed test company. The agent writes an order as a buffered RO through COM+, never raw SQL. Writeback is disabled by default.

No. It reads existing FS invoices but does not issue them and writes nothing to the books. Invoices and receipts are handled by a separate accounting-system integration.

Each order receives a stable idempotency marker in the RO notes. Retrying the same message finds the existing document instead of creating another one.

The agent targets Windows x64 and loads COM+ libraries from the local Optima installation. We confirm the specific version, modules and licence with a read probe and a controlled RO before activation.
