No, if you choose a monthly Basic or Professional plan in PLN and “I pay manually each month”. This trial needs no card. Automatic renewal requires a card or another supported recurring payment method authorized in Stripe. Manual payments are unavailable for yearly plans and Enterprise.

Yes. For monthly Basic and Professional plans in PLN, choose “I pay manually each month”. Pay each following month through a Stripe link using BLIK or a bank payment via Przelewy24, without entering a card. You authorize each payment yourself. If you prefer automatic renewal, authorize a card or another supported recurring method in Stripe. Available methods depend on your country, currency and device; you will see them before paying.

With manual monthly payments, Stripe sends a payment link. New agreements give you an extra 24 hours after the trial or paid period ends to confirm payment, then access is suspended. Earlier agreements retain their deadlines. After 14 unpaid days the subscription is canceled. With automatic renewal, the same subscription continues at its accepted trial price unless you cancel first. Cancellation preserves the time already paid for.

No. With manual payments, you pay for the period shown on the invoice. Paying later does not move its end date. New agreements give you an extra 24 hours after the trial or paid period ends to confirm payment. Access is then suspended. Cancellation after 14 unpaid days does not extend access. Earlier agreements retain their deadlines. Check the current payment link and dates in your NavyFlame account, even when your organization panel is unavailable.

In either mode, you can cancel renewal in your NavyFlame account, including before the trial ends. Check the confirmation in your account. Cancellation stops future billing and keeps access through the end of the trial or paid period; it is not a refund request. The terms explain withdrawal and refunds. A failed automatic payment does not replace cancellation. If you cannot access your account, contact billing@navyflame.com.

We integrate shop platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Shoper, IdoSell), the largest marketplaces (Allegro, eBay), invoicing systems (wFirma, inFakt, Fakturownia, iFirma) and couriers (InPost, DHL, Apaczka, Allegro Delivery). Yes, data security is our priority. All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. We are fully compliant with GDPR.

Orders and products are unlimited on every plan, including Basic. The limits cover the number of users, accounts of the same integration, e-mail templates and storage. Universal XML import is the exception: every plan lets you add any number of XML sources. Basic gives 10 users, up to 5 accounts per system separately, 10 e-mail templates and 130 GB; Professional gives 50 users, up to 20 accounts per system separately, 24 e-mail templates and 390 GB. On Enterprise, users, integrations and templates are unlimited, and storage is agreed with you.

With automatic renewal, check the available plan changes and billing details in your account. If you pay each month manually through a Stripe link, contact NavyFlame support to arrange a plan change.
