Furgonetka integration, a courier broker in NavyFlame

Furgonetka.pl gives you many carriers from one account. NavyFlame turns orders into shipments, prints labels and tracks deliveries through the Furgonetka API, with no retyping into a second panel.

Many carriers from one account

DPD, InPost, DHL, GLS, UPS, FedEx, ORLEN Paczka and Poczta Polska. You pick the service from the carriers on your Furgonetka account, including your own contracts.

Checked before it ships

Before a shipment is created, NavyFlame sends its data to Furgonetka validation. A wrong postcode or a missing pickup point shows up straight away, in the carrier's own words.

PDF labels

Once the shipment is ordered, an A6 PDF label is ready to print: one at a time, in batches or automatically through PrintNode.

Tracking with the full history

Furgonetka statuses become shipment stages your team understands, and the tracking number goes back to the order on Allegro and other marketplaces.

Pickup points and cash on delivery

The search shows the points of the carrier behind the chosen service. For cash on delivery the declared value is raised to the collected amount, and the payout account comes from the integration.

Courier pickup

You book a pickup for a chosen day for ordered shipments that have a label. NavyFlame takes the time slots straight from Furgonetka.

Furgonetka and NavyFlame

Furgonetka.pl is a courier broker: from one account you ship with many carriers, on Furgonetka contracts or on your own. NavyFlame connects to that account through the Furgonetka API and turns an order into a ready shipment, with no addresses retyped into a second panel.

An authorisation that does not lapse

Furgonetka issues a 30-day access token and a single-use refresh token. NavyFlame renews them before they expire and saves the new pair at once, so you do not sign in again every month.

Cancelling without surprises

A shipment still in the Furgonetka cart is removed, an ordered one is cancelled through the API. When Furgonetka announces a cancellation fee, NavyFlame does not do it for you - you see the fee in the Furgonetka panel.

Step-by-step guides for popular pairs

The most common setups have a step-by-step guide. Cannot see yours? We connect more systems than this, and the full list is in the integration catalog.
