A real-time dashboard

Every order, invoice and synchronisation being processed, in one panel. The status of each item, live.

Dead-letter queue

Orders that were not processed go to the dead-letter queue. Review the error details and take action.

Automatic retries

The system retries on temporary API failures: rate limits, timeouts and brief outages. Each attempt waits longer than the last.

Alerts and notifications

Live in-app notifications about failures, exceeded limits and anomalies in processing. Alert rules based on business metric thresholds.

Statistics and reports

Processing history, success rate, average invoicing time and trends. Daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Resilient to failures

Durable workflows resume processing from the interrupted step after an outage or a restart. Whatever still fails after retries lands in the dead-letter queue.

How the monitoring works

1

Configure the integration

Connect your shop to your invoicing system. Monitoring starts on its own, with nothing extra to configure.

2

Follow the processing

The monitoring panel shows the status of every order, from being fetched from the shop to the invoice being issued.

3

React to failures

The dead-letter queue shows the orders with problems. Click to see the error details and retry the processing.

4

Look at the trends

Reports and statistics help you spot recurring problems and tune the processes.

Enterprise-grade reliability

NavyFlame runs on durable workflows (Temporal), so processing returns to the interrupted step after a temporary API outage or a network problem. The monitoring dashboard gives you full visibility into every stage of processing.

Dead-letter queue

Orders with problems go to the dead-letter queue with a detailed error description. Retry the processing with one click, or investigate the cause.

Alerts and notifications

Get live in-app notifications about processing failures and exceeded thresholds, so you never miss a problem.

Frequently asked questions

The dead-letter queue is a separate queue holding the orders whose processing failed after the automatic attempts ran out. You can check the error details there and retry the processing by hand.

By default the system makes three attempts with a growing delay (exponential backoff), and more attempts when fetching data from the shop. Once they run out, the order goes to the dead-letter queue.

No. Monitoring works automatically from the moment an integration is activated. The monitoring panel, the queue and the alerts are available straight away.

You get e-mail and in-app notifications about processing failures, orders in the dead-letter queue, API connection problems and anomalies in order volume.

Durable workflows (built on Temporal) carry on processing an order after a server restart or a temporary outage instead of starting over. If it still fails after three attempts, the event waits in the dead-letter queue.

Keep your orders fully under control
