Shipments a regular courier will not take

Furniture, garden furniture, car parts, building materials. Ambro specialises in what a parcel courier finds too large or too heavy.

Parcels, pallets and long items

Parcels and long items up to 50 kg, pallets up to 200 kg, and a separate type for furniture. NavyFlame picks the packaging type from the weight, so the shipment does not come back with an over-the-limit error.

Carry-in, assembly, old-item collection

The additional services that decide a furniture purchase: carry-in to the door or into the flat, assembly, unpacking and collection of old equipment.

PDF labels

The label is created together with the shipment and is ready to print on a regular or a thermal printer. You can also print in batches, or silently through PrintNode.

Tracking with the full history

NavyFlame pulls the whole shipment timeline from Ambro and turns operational codes into understandable statuses. The customer is notified as the delivery progresses.

Cash on delivery settled to your account

Cash on delivery with the amount transferred automatically to the account you name. NavyFlame watches the Ambro requirement that the declared value covers the collected amount.

How do I connect Ambro Express?

1

Ask Ambro for API access

Write to your Ambro Express account manager for API credentials. Ambro creates them by hand and provides them separately for the test and the production environment.

2

Connect Ambro to NavyFlame

Paste the partner login and password into the NavyFlame panel. The Test connection button fetches the service list for your account, so you know straight away whether the details are right.

3

Set up a shipping rule

Choose the Standard or MEBEL service and say which orders it should run for. You can start with manual dispatch and turn on automation once you are confident.

4

Dispatch shipments automatically

An order creates a shipment in Ambro, generates the label and notifies the customer. The delivery status updates in the panel without you doing anything.

Ambro Express and NavyFlame

A furniture store has a different problem from a store selling small goods. The shipment does not fit in a locker, weighs tens of kilograms, and the customer asks whether the courier will carry it up to the second floor and take the old sofa away. Ambro Express is built for that scenario, and NavyFlame automates it from the order to the delivery.

The packaging type chosen for you

Every packaging type at Ambro has a hard weight limit, and going over it rejects the whole shipment. NavyFlame picks the type from the weight, so you do not learn about the limit from an error message.

Statuses in plain language

Ambro reports dozens of operational codes. NavyFlame turns them into statuses your team and your customer both understand, and the full shipment history sits on the order timeline.

Step-by-step guides for popular pairs

The most common setups have a step-by-step guide. Cannot see yours? We connect more systems than this, and the full list is in the integration catalog.

Frequently asked questions

Ambro specialises in non-standard shipments: furniture and garden furniture, car parts, building materials and garden goods. These are shipments that a parcel courier finds too large, too heavy or an awkward shape.

The limit depends on the packaging type: parcels and long items up to 50 kg, pallets up to 200 kg, and a separate type for furniture. NavyFlame picks the type automatically from the shipment weight, so you do not have to watch it. If you would rather decide yourself, set the type on the product or in a shipping rule.

Yes. Ambro offers additional services: carry-in, assembly, unpacking, collection of old equipment, carry-down, and SMS and e-mail notifications. Availability depends on your contract with Ambro.

Yes. Ambro returns a PDF label together with the created shipment, so you print it straight from the NavyFlame panel. Batch printing of many labels and silent printing through PrintNode both work as well.

Yes. You provide the account Ambro should transfer collected payments to, and you set the amount on the order. Ambro requires the declared shipment value to be at least the cash-on-delivery amount. NavyFlame raises it automatically, so the shipment is not rejected.

Beyond Poland, also to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. At least one end of the route has to be in Poland.

Ambro creates the credentials after the contract is signed. Ask your account manager for them or write to helpdesk@opennet.pl. You cannot generate them yourself in the customer panel, and the API login is different from the panel login.
