Subiekt GT integration with your online store
Sync stock, catalogue and orders from Subiekt GT into NavyFlame through a local agent and Sfera. Stock updates on your marketplaces automatically, and overselling protection keeps you from selling goods you do not have. You can optionally switch on write-back of paid orders to Subiekt as customer orders, with nothing posted to the books.

Stock kept current
The agent reads current stock levels from Subiekt regularly and passes them to NavyFlame, which updates your marketplace listings, with nothing retyped.
Catalogue and prices
Codes, names, descriptions, units, VAT rates, prices and product categories from Subiekt reach the NavyFlame catalogue as the source of truth about your products.
Customer orders
Customer orders from Subiekt, with their lines and contact details, appear in NavyFlame, the whole picture in one place.
An on-premise agent, no open ports
A light agent runs on the computer with Subiekt and connects outbound to NavyFlame. You open no ports, and data does not leave your network without reason.
Read access plus safe write-back
Read-only by default (Subiekt to NavyFlame). You can optionally switch on write-back of paid orders to Subiekt as customer orders, a non-fiscal, reversible document. We neither create nor change invoices or receipts.
Overselling protection
When stock stops refreshing (the agent going offline, for instance), NavyFlame automatically pauses stock updates on your marketplaces so you do not sell goods you do not have.
How do I connect Subiekt GT to NavyFlame?
Generate a token
In the NavyFlame panel open Integrations, then Subiekt GT, and generate an access token for the agent. You see it only once.
Install the agent
Download the NavyFlame agent for Subiekt (we provide the package during onboarding) and install it on the computer running Subiekt GT as a Windows service.
Connect to Subiekt through Sfera
Point it at your Subiekt company and operator and paste in the NavyFlame token. The agent connects to Subiekt through Sfera (an active Sfera is required).
Sync in the background
Every few minutes the agent reads stock, catalogue and orders and sends them to NavyFlame. You see the sync status in the panel.
Frequently asked questions
By default no: the integration starts read-only (Subiekt to NavyFlame). You can optionally switch on write-back of paid orders to Subiekt as customer orders, a non-fiscal, reversible document. Nothing is written to the books (invoices or receipts).
Yes. The agent talks to Subiekt through Sfera (the InsERT SDK). Sfera has to be activated in Subiekt (Help, then Infosfera) or covered by a licence. Without an active Sfera the agent cannot read the data.
By default the agent refreshes the data every few minutes. The interval can be adjusted. Stock is sent with every cycle, so NavyFlame knows the data is current.
NavyFlame notices that stock has stopped refreshing within the expected time and automatically pauses stock updates on your marketplaces, so you do not sell goods you do not have. The sync resumes once the agent is back.
The agent runs on your computer and connects outbound to your NavyFlame over an encrypted link, authenticating with a token. You do not have to open any inbound ports.
The integration works with Subiekt GT with an active Sfera. We confirm the details for your particular version during onboarding.
