Stock kept current
The agent reads current stock levels from Subiekt regularly and passes them to NavyFlame, which updates your marketplace listings, with nothing retyped.
Catalogue and prices
Codes, names, descriptions, units, VAT rates, prices and product categories from Subiekt reach the NavyFlame catalogue as the source of truth about your products.
ZK, FS, PA and customers
NavyFlame reads ZK sales orders, FS sales invoices, PA receipts and their lines, plus customers with email, phone, tax IDs and addresses. It does not change existing documents.
An on-premise agent, no open ports
A light agent runs on the computer with Subiekt and connects outbound to NavyFlame. You open no ports, and data does not leave your network without reason.
Read and write ZK, FS and PA
The agent reads by default. Once write-back is enabled, paid PLN orders create ZK, FS or PA with exact gross totals, VAT, discounts, delivery and fulfilment details. The document type can be selected automatically.
Overselling protection
When stock stops refreshing (the agent going offline, for instance), NavyFlame automatically pauses stock updates on your marketplaces so you do not sell goods you do not have.
How do I connect Subiekt GT to NavyFlame?

Generate a token
In the NavyFlame panel open Integrations, then Subiekt GT, and generate an access token for the agent. You see it only once.

Install the agent
Download the NavyFlame agent for Subiekt and run it on the Subiekt GT computer as a Windows service or a scheduled task under the operator account.

Connect to Subiekt through Sfera
Point it at your Subiekt company and operator and paste in the NavyFlame token. The agent connects to Subiekt through Sfera (an active Sfera is required).

Sync in the background
Every few minutes the agent reads the catalogue, prices, stock, customers, and ZK, FS and PA documents. The NavyFlame panel shows sync status and data freshness.
Frequently asked questions
Not by default. Once write-back is enabled, you choose ZK, FS, PA or automatic mode: an invoice for an invoice request or B2B customer, and a receipt for B2C. The agent maps products and paid delivery by SKU and preserves quantities, discounts, VAT, exact gross totals, customer details, addresses, pickup point and notes. It does not change existing documents.
Yes. The agent talks to Subiekt through Sfera, the InsERT SDK. Sfera must be activated or covered by a licence, and the agent needs an operator with access to the selected company. Without active Sfera, neither reading nor writing can start.
By default the agent refreshes the data every few minutes. The interval can be adjusted. Stock is sent with every cycle, so NavyFlame knows the data is current.
NavyFlame notices that stock has stopped refreshing within the expected time and automatically pauses stock updates on your marketplaces, so you do not sell goods you do not have. The sync resumes once the agent is back.
The agent runs on your computer and connects outbound to your NavyFlame over an encrypted link, authenticating with a token. You do not have to open any inbound ports.
We completed the full flow on Subiekt GT 1.89 SP1 with active Sfera. For another version in use, onboarding includes a connection probe and field-mapping check before the first sync.
Yes, optionally. PA fiscalization needs a fiscal printer configured on the agent computer. FS submission to KSeF uses the environment and permissions configured in Subiekt. Both operations have separate panel switches and separate local agent permissions, and NavyFlame marks the document written only after the result is confirmed.
