Orders and sales documents
Orders are polled on a schedule. A document in a connected invoicing or receipt service is created after payment confirmation and an enabled rule.
Catalog and variants
Import and publish simple and configurable products. Net prices require tax-class mapping, and stock updates require an MSI source.
Shipments and tracking
After a shipment is created with a connected carrier, its tracking number can be written back to Magento. Shipment write permission is required.
Refund corrections
A credit memo can trigger a correction in supported invoicing services after a rule is enabled. wFirma and eParagony require manual handling.
How do you prepare the connection?
Create a Magento integration
Create a NavyFlame integration in Magento, grant the required permissions and obtain the four OAuth credentials.
Configure store and catalog
Enter the HTTPS URL, OAuth credentials, currency, tax classes, variant attributes and MSI source for the features you use.
Run acceptance checks
Check the connection, a paid order, credit memo, variants, prices and shipment tracking on a test store.

Magento Open Source 2 and self-hosted or PaaS Adobe Commerce. Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service needs a separate adapter and is not covered.
The connector polls Magento every five minutes by default. Availability and processing time vary, so there is no fixed latency guarantee.
Catalog import and export are available after tax-class, attribute and MSI source mapping. An unknown tax rate blocks the price write instead of guessing VAT.
A credit memo can trigger a correction in inFakt, Fakturownia, iFirma or Firmao when the rule is enabled. wFirma creates a manual task, and eParagony refunds require manual recording.
