Orders in one panel
Orders placed on Etsy are pulled into NavyFlame automatically, alongside your other sales channels, with nothing retyped.
Automatic invoices
For paid Etsy orders an invoice or receipt is issued in your accounting system on its own, following the rules you set (companies with a tax ID, everyone, or on request).
Shipping and courier labels

How do I connect Etsy to my store?

Have an active Etsy seller account
You need an active seller account on Etsy (worldwide).

Get your API credentials
In Etsy Developers (Your Apps) create your own app; for a seller who connects only their own shop, Etsy offers the Seller App type. Add the Callback URL shown in NavyFlame to it and copy the keystring and shared secret.

Enter the details in NavyFlame
In Integrations pick Etsy, paste the keystring and shared secret, click the Etsy connect button and approve access on the shop account. The token and shop ID fill in automatically, and the connection test checks everything before you save.

Orders and invoices run automatically
Once automation is on, Etsy orders reach NavyFlame, invoices are issued on their own, and you handle shipping and reports from one panel.
Frequently asked questions
Create your own app in Etsy Developers and add the Callback URL shown in NavyFlame to it. Then, under Integrations, paste the keystring and shared secret, click the Etsy connect button and approve access. Once you save, orders from Etsy start to sync.
Yes. From the warehouse you can list a product on Etsy: NavyFlame creates the listing, uploads the photos and activates it once at least one photo has reached it. Syncing again updates the title, description, price and stock. You pick the category and the shipping and processing profiles when exporting.
On the NavyFlame side you pay for your plan only, from 99,99 PLN net per month, with no limits on orders or products. With Etsy you settle on that marketplace's standard terms, integration or not.
