eBay + Poczta Polska
Send parcels with Poczta Polska straight from your eBay orders. The address on the order turns into a label, and the tracking number comes back to the order card.
Beta integration: end-to-end verification on a production account is not complete. Before automation, confirm the scope with us and verify your own order.
What you get
Sending and tracking parcels for the eBay + Poczta Polska pairing
Shipping abroad from eBay
An address outside Poland reaches the label the same way a domestic one does, and the tracking number comes back to the eBay order.
Pocztex in the same despatch queue
Poczta Polska shipments are prepared from the same order list as parcels for other carriers, and the day's set is handed over with one button.
A label without retyping the address
The address, the phone number and the chosen delivery method come off the order onto the label automatically, so you never copy them into the carrier's panel.
Single and batch printing
Pull a label for one parcel or for a whole batch of orders at once, and with a configured printer the print starts without downloading a file.
Tracking comes back to the order
We save the parcel number and the delivery status on the order, so you check them without opening the carrier's site.
Carrier selection rules
You decide which order goes with which service, by weight, by amount, by country or by the delivery method the buyer picked.
How do I connect eBay to Poczta Polska?
Connect your e-Nadawca account
Enter the login and password of an e-Nadawca user with WebAPI access, plus the bank account number for cash on delivery if you use it.
Connect your eBay account
Authorise NavyFlame through the official eBay API (OAuth), without sharing your account password.
Set your shipping rules
Decide which orders from eBay go with Poczta Polska and with which service, by weight, by amount or by the delivery method the buyer picked.
Send and print
From now on you prepare a parcel with one click from the order list, and the tracking number comes back to the order card in eBay.
Why this integration?
eBay passes a foreign address along with the order, so NavyFlame can prepare the parcel for the recipient's country without any retyping. Poczta Polska takes shipments through e-Nadawca, and NavyFlame creates them there from your orders and hands over the daily set from the panel, so Pocztex and parcels go through the same despatch queue as everything else. NavyFlame joins the two sides: it pulls orders from eBay, prepares the parcel with Poczta Polska and sends the tracking number back to the sales channel. This integration does not issue invoices and does not sync warehouse levels, that is what the separate integrations with an accounting system and with an ERP system are for.
Frequently asked questions
In NavyFlame you connect your Poczta Polska account and your eBay account, set the shipping rules and send from the order list. The address and the chosen delivery method come off the order onto the label, and the tracking number comes back to the order card.
Yes. With the Pocztex pickup-at-a-point service you choose the branch from the search in the shipment form.
Yes, with one button in the panel, before you pass on the parcels. That is the moment of posting, after which a shipment can no longer be cancelled, so the decision stays with you.
No. The eBay + Poczta Polska pairing handles shipping: the label, the despatch and the tracking. Invoices are issued by a separate integration with an accounting system, which you connect alongside this one.
No, that is what a separate integration with an ERP system does. Shipping uses the orders that are already in NavyFlame and does not change what the warehouse shows.
