Buyers shop in the InPost app on their phones. For your store it is an extra sales channel next to Allegro, marketplaces and your own website.
Connection through the official InPost login
You enter no API keys: you click Connect with InPost and accept access on the InPost site. NavyFlame receives tokens in a secure flow.
Orders in one panel
Von Halsky orders land in the shared panel next to your other channels, together with acceptance and status handling.
Offers and stock in the connector scope
The connector covers orders, offers and stock synchronization, so the offer in the app is meant to mirror the NavyFlame warehouse.
Automatic documents
Invoices and receipts from orders are issued in the connected accounting system, following rules you set once.
Shipping through the InPost network
Fulfilment is carried by your logistics agreement with InPost, while labels and parcel numbers stay with the orders in NavyFlame.

Link products from the NavyFlame warehouse to offers in the app, and stock refreshes together with your other channels.
Handle orders from one panel
You handle Von Halsky orders like every other channel: acceptance, documents, shipping and reports in NavyFlame.
Invoicing in your own accounting system
Once a Polish accounting provider and invoicing rules are enabled, paid orders from InPost Von Halsky can create supported documents. Check tax ID and VAT handling with the provider; no document is issued without a configured integration.
