Setting up an integration is simple and usually takes 5 to 10 minutes. You connect your sales channels (shops and marketplaces) and your supporting systems for invoicing, stock or shipping, and NavyFlame starts syncing orders and stock levels into one panel on its own.

Yes. The demo uses sample data and needs no account or card. Basic and Professional include a 28-day trial on your own data once your environment is ready. Pay each following month through a Stripe link using BLIK or a bank payment via Przelewy24, without entering a card. You authorize each payment yourself. If you prefer automatic renewal, authorize a card or another supported recurring method in Stripe. Available methods depend on your country, currency and device; you will see them before paying.
See subscription payment optionsWith manual monthly payments, Stripe sends a payment link. Access ends with the trial or paid period and resumes after payment confirmation. After 14 unpaid days the subscription is canceled. With automatic renewal, Stripe collects from the authorized method unless you cancel first. Cancellation preserves the time already paid for.
No. With manual payments, you pay for the period shown on the invoice. Paying later does not move its end date. Access is suspended from the end of the trial or paid period until payment is confirmed; the 14 days before cancellation are not extra free access. Check the current payment link and dates in your NavyFlame account, even when your organization panel is unavailable.
Account and current paymentIn either mode, you can cancel renewal in your NavyFlame account, including before the trial ends. Check the confirmation in your account. Cancellation stops future billing and keeps access through the end of the trial or paid period; it is not a refund request. The terms explain withdrawal and refunds. A failed automatic payment does not replace cancellation. If you cannot access your account, contact billing@navyflame.com.

Orders are unlimited on every plan. The limits cover the number of users, connector instances per type (how many Shopify or wFirma accounts you can connect), e-mail templates and storage. Basic gives 10 users, 5 accounts per connector, 10 e-mail templates and 130 GB; Professional gives 50 users, 20 accounts per connector, 24 e-mail templates and 390 GB. On Enterprise, users, connectors and templates are unlimited, and storage is agreed with you.
With automatic renewal, check the available plan changes and billing details in your account. If you pay each month manually through a Stripe link, contact NavyFlame support to arrange a plan change.
