How do I connect eBay to DPD?
Connect your DPD account
Enter the login, the password and the master FID number from your DPD contract. You can check the connection with one click before the first parcel.
Connect your eBay account
Authorise NavyFlame through the official eBay API (OAuth), without sharing your account password.

Why this integration?
eBay passes a foreign address along with the order, so NavyFlame can prepare the parcel for the recipient's country without any retyping. DPD has a dense courier network at home and abroad, and NavyFlame sends through its official API, so the consignment note is created without logging into the carrier's panel. NavyFlame joins the two sides: it pulls orders from eBay, prepares the parcel with DPD and sends the tracking number back to the sales channel. This integration does not issue invoices and does not sync warehouse levels, that is what the separate integrations with an accounting system and with an ERP system are for.
