Integration

IdoSell + Subiekt GT

Sync stock levels, the catalogue and orders between Subiekt GT and IdoSell. One stock level across every channel, with no file exports and no coding.

What you get

Warehouse and order sync for the IdoSell + Subiekt GT pairing

Two-way exchange with IdoSell

We pull orders from IdoSell through the API and send warehouse stock the other way, with no spreadsheets in between.

Sales data straight from Subiekt

Through Sfera, the agent reads the catalogue, prices, stock, customers, and ZK, FS and PA documents every few minutes. You export no files and retype nothing.

One stock level across every channel

The warehouse in your ERP is the source of truth, and NavyFlame pushes that same stock level out to every connected sales channel, with no spreadsheets and no manual corrections.

Orders in one place

Orders from every channel land in one list in NavyFlame, so you fulfil them in a single panel no matter where they came from.

Your data stays with you

The agent runs on your own server and connects outbound. You never expose the ERP database to the internet and you open no ports.

How do I connect IdoSell to Subiekt GT?

  1. 1

Install the agent next to Subiekt

Generate a token in the panel, unpack the agent on the machine running Subiekt GT and run it as a Windows service or scheduled task. Active Sfera is required.

  2. 2

    Connect your IdoSell store

Generate API access in the IdoSell panel and link the account to NavyFlame.

  3. 3

Match the catalogue to the channel

Link products from Subiekt GT to listings on IdoSell and choose which stock levels get pushed out.

  4. 4

    Switch the sync on

From now on a stock level changed in Subiekt GT updates on IdoSell automatically, and orders land in one list in NavyFlame.

Why this integration?

IdoSell (formerly IAI-Shop) is a capable Polish e-commerce platform, and NavyFlame exchanges orders and warehouse stock with it through its API. Subiekt GT keeps its data on site. Through Sfera, the NavyFlame agent reads the catalogue, prices, stock, customers, and ZK, FS and PA documents. It connects outbound, so the Subiekt database never has to be visible from the internet. NavyFlame joins the two sides: it pulls stock levels and the catalogue from Subiekt GT, pushes them out to IdoSell and gathers orders into one list. It can write paid PLN orders to Subiekt GT as ZK sales orders, FS invoices or PA receipts with exact totals, discounts, VAT, delivery and fulfilment details.

Frequently asked questions

In NavyFlame you install an agent next to Subiekt GT, connect your IdoSell account, link products to listings and switch the sync on. From that moment stock and the catalogue flow from Subiekt GT to IdoSell, and orders come back into one shared list.

The integration reads existing ZK sales orders, FS sales invoices and PA receipts. Once separately enabled, it can also create ZK, FS or PA from paid orders. It does not change existing documents. Fiscalization and KSeF submission need additional configuration and separate permissions.

Subiekt GT with an active Sfera licence, plus a computer or server with internet access. Without Sfera the agent cannot read the data. No ports need opening, because the agent connects outbound and initiates the connection itself.

Yes, once write-back is enabled. Paid PLN orders reach Subiekt as ZK, FS or PA, through a fixed mode or automatic selection based on the invoice request and B2B/B2C details. The agent preserves lines, discounts, VAT, delivery, customer details, addresses, pickup point and notes. Products and paid delivery need configured SKUs.

NavyFlame pauses the automatic stock updates on your sales channels and sends a notification, so it never pushes out stock levels that a fresh read from Subiekt has not confirmed. Manual sync stays available, and the automation resumes on its own after the first successful read.
