How do I connect Shoper to Subiekt GT?
Install the agent next to Subiekt
Generate a token in the panel, unpack the agent on the machine running Subiekt GT and install it as a Windows service. An active Sfera licence is required.
Connect your Shoper store
Authorise NavyFlame through the Shoper API. You set the connection up in the panel in a few minutes.
Match the catalogue to the channel
Link products from Subiekt GT to listings on Shoper and choose which stock levels get pushed out.
Switch the sync on
From now on a stock level changed in Subiekt GT updates on Shoper automatically, and orders land in one list in NavyFlame.
Why this integration?
Shoper is a popular Polish SaaS platform, and NavyFlame pulls orders from it by webhook and API in real time, and sends current stock back the other way. Subiekt GT keeps the warehouse and the catalogue on site, and the NavyFlame agent reads them through Sfera and connects outbound, so the Subiekt database never has to be visible from the internet. NavyFlame joins the two sides: it pulls stock levels and the catalogue from Subiekt GT, pushes them out to Shoper and gathers orders into one list. It can optionally write paid orders back to Subiekt GT as a ZK sales order. This integration does not issue invoices, that is what a separate integration with an accounting system is for.
Frequently asked questions
In NavyFlame you install an agent next to Subiekt GT, connect your Shoper account, link products to listings and switch the sync on. From that moment stock and the catalogue flow from Subiekt GT to Shoper, and orders come back into one shared list.
The Subiekt GT integration does not create them: it syncs stock, the catalogue and orders, but writes nothing to the books, neither invoices nor receipts. Sales documents are handled by a separate integration with an accounting system (wFirma, inFakt, Fakturownia, iFirma), which you can switch on alongside.
Subiekt GT with an active Sfera licence, plus a computer or server with internet access. Without Sfera the agent cannot read the data. No ports need opening, because the agent connects outbound and initiates the connection itself.
Optionally. With write-back switched on, paid orders land in Subiekt as a ZK, a customer order. This covers orders paid after the option is enabled, and nothing at all goes into the books. By default the integration runs one way only, from Subiekt to NavyFlame.
NavyFlame pauses the automatic stock updates on your sales channels and sends a notification, so it never pushes out stock levels that a fresh read from Subiekt has not confirmed. Manual sync stays available, and the automation resumes on its own after the first successful read.
