Integration

WooCommerce + Subiekt GT

Sync stock levels, the catalogue and orders between Subiekt GT and WooCommerce. One stock level across every channel, with no file exports and no coding.

What you get

Warehouse and order sync for the WooCommerce + Subiekt GT pairing

🔌

WooCommerce stock without a plugin

Warehouse stock reaches WooCommerce products through the built-in REST API, so there is no plugin left to maintain.

🗄️

Stock straight from Subiekt

The agent reads stock, the catalogue and orders through Sfera and refreshes them every few minutes. You export no files and retype nothing.

📦

One stock level across every channel

The warehouse in your ERP is the source of truth, and NavyFlame pushes that same stock level out to every connected sales channel, with no spreadsheets and no manual corrections.

🧾

Orders in one place

Orders from every channel land in one list in NavyFlame, so you fulfil them in a single panel no matter where they came from.

🔐

Your data stays with you

The agent runs on your own server and connects outbound. You never expose the ERP database to the internet and you open no ports.

How do I connect WooCommerce to Subiekt GT?

1

Install the agent next to Subiekt

Generate a token in the panel, unpack the agent on the machine running Subiekt GT and install it as a Windows service. An active Sfera licence is required.

2

Connect your WooCommerce store

Generate API keys in the panel (WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API) and paste them into NavyFlame.

3

Match the catalogue to the channel

Link products from Subiekt GT to listings on WooCommerce and choose which stock levels get pushed out.

4

Switch the sync on

From now on a stock level changed in Subiekt GT updates on WooCommerce automatically, and orders land in one list in NavyFlame.

Why this integration?

WooCommerce runs on WordPress and exposes a full REST API and webhooks, so we update stock and prices without installing any plugin in the store. Subiekt GT keeps the warehouse and the catalogue on site, and the NavyFlame agent reads them through Sfera and connects outbound, so the Subiekt database never has to be visible from the internet. NavyFlame joins the two sides: it pulls stock levels and the catalogue from Subiekt GT, pushes them out to WooCommerce and gathers orders into one list. It can optionally write paid orders back to Subiekt GT as a ZK sales order. This integration does not issue invoices, that is what a separate integration with an accounting system is for.

Frequently asked questions

In NavyFlame you install an agent next to Subiekt GT, connect your WooCommerce account, link products to listings and switch the sync on. From that moment stock and the catalogue flow from Subiekt GT to WooCommerce, and orders come back into one shared list.

The Subiekt GT integration does not create them: it syncs stock, the catalogue and orders, but writes nothing to the books, neither invoices nor receipts. Sales documents are handled by a separate integration with an accounting system (wFirma, inFakt, Fakturownia, iFirma), which you can switch on alongside.

Subiekt GT with an active Sfera licence, plus a computer or server with internet access. Without Sfera the agent cannot read the data. No ports need opening, because the agent connects outbound and initiates the connection itself.

Optionally. With write-back switched on, paid orders land in Subiekt as a ZK, a customer order. This covers orders paid after the option is enabled, and nothing at all goes into the books. By default the integration runs one way only, from Subiekt to NavyFlame.

NavyFlame pauses the automatic stock updates on your sales channels and sends a notification, so it never pushes out stock levels that a fresh read from Subiekt has not confirmed. Manual sync stays available, and the automation resumes on its own after the first successful read.
